I also wanted to be able to reciprocate friends’ dinner invitations as well as host family gatherings with something other than pizza & wings (not that there is anything wrong with that). So I decided to take 1 of Jeanne’s cooking classes this past November. Although I didn’t host Thanksgiving, I did make “pumpkin” dinner rolls to contribute using a technique I learned in the class. Since that 1st class, I’ve attended 3 more, have had 3 Saturday night dinners for friends, and hosted Christmas dinner for family. Jeanne’s classes have given me confidence to know that I can actually make easy, delicious food that I’m proud to share with family & friends. My husband has even given me the thumbs up. Cooking classes
Jeanne offers a variety of different cooking classes. Each class has a theme –dictated by the season, client requests and Jeanne’s individual inspiration. Each class incorporates demonstration of 6 -10 recipes, tasting all recipes prepared during class, copies of all recipes, and many useful tips and hints for everyone from the novice to the accomplished cook!
