This camp is designed for the INTERMEDIATE kid baker…the child who not only has a passion for baking, but who also has a solid experience base. The week will begin with an introduction to the concept of unique baking ideas. We will move on to baking M, T and W to prepare items for our final project on Th and F, which will be brought home by each youngster to share with their family and friends! They will LOVE this project!
To register: pay $50 non-refundable deposit now and $145 balance one week before camp start date. This will be a great class for your baker who is showing a blossoming interest in this side of the culinary arts! Each attendee will receive an apron and hat along with final copies of all recipes!
